Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rebooking can be done free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked start time. In case of later cancellation or rebooking, the full cost will be charged. In the event of illness, rebooking can be done free of charge up to 4 hours before the booked start time. Testing: in cases where a health consultation would be facilitated by the client having taken a blood test or similar, this must be paid for entirely by the client themselves. In some cases, the possibility of a certain discount on testing can be obtained through the coach's loyalty program.
